"The place, the staff… above reproach! It’s like being at home but without the fighting. Staff is so helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. Walgreens within walking distance and you cannot beat having a Dunkin’ Doughnuts steps away. WIFI, EXCELLENT! worked inside and outside without issues. I was able to host zoom and teams meetings all day long. Great remove work option!"

"Everything one could ask for. Lovely view of the harbor. We saw dolphins everyday. The views were much better than being right on the actual beach in my opinion. 10 out of 10 we would definitely recommend and will be back. "

"This was our 3rd or 4th time at Sunset Vistas. Sadly, it will be our last time. These rooms are "dated" to put it mildly. Mold around the bathtubs. We told the front desk person. She just shrugged and said, "The rooms are scheduled for an update." They wouldn't clean up the mold nor would they change our room. Not enough room around the pool... very congested. Drinks are waaaayyyy too expensive at their bar. In short, there are better options than Sunset Vistas."

"We were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully this property met our vacation wants and needs!! Starting with the room itself, it was absolutely gorgeous! I can tell it has been recently renovated and what a great job! When you first walk in you encounter a beautifully gleaming white marble tile floor! We had a two bedroom/2 bath suite on the 5th floor. The bedrooms are ample sized and the mattresses are SO comfortable, possibly the most comfortable mattress I have ever encountered at a hotel. There were even two kinds of pillows to choose- from, firm or soft. My husband and I enjoyed being able to have our own bathrooms-what a luxury!! The kitchen/living room area was so spacious and had a large kitchen island with barstools which was a convenient place to eat breakfast and have coffee in the morning. The kitchen has anything you would ever need to cook and eat your own meals. My only suggestion is the addition of a tea kettle. There is a Keurig all ready and loaded with coffee pods for you. Our large Gulf of Mexico facing balcony was amazing! Our suite had a full sized dining table and 6 chairs and was perfect for early morning quiet and watching sunsets In other reviews people were complaining about the noise and music coming from the pool area while you are trying to enjoy your balcony time. Although this is true, we did not mind it and enjoyed the music selection. Shout out to my new friend at the pool bar Jake!! Thanks for the best margeritas I've had!"

"I have stayed here twice. I like the old-style Florida beach motel. Can hardly be closer to the beach. Love it here. Robert is great to visit too. Always a pleasure."
