“The room and carpet had a bad smell. Needs to be changed. The furniture were mixed match 2 totally different chairs at the table. Got the room for my elderly parents dad being 92 years old with a cane. Mom 84 and front desk staff knew this and still gave us a regular room with a tub and high bed making it difficult for them. Only staying one night so it wasn’t worth changing. also was helping my parents check in with me being a possible third person. She didn’t even offer a breakfast card for me……

“The room was clean, kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook and enjoy a meal. The ac was cold. The staff were kind and efficient. The front desk lady (African American) that worked 12-1am 14th was very helpful and efficient. The property is near a gas station, plaza, Winn Dixie, Starbucks and restaurants all in walking distance which makes which makes this location great for solo travelers or families.”

“The toilet was leaking a lot and wet the carpet and they send somebody to fix it and wasn’t fix. They have to send somebody else. But they never offer anything to remediate the situation ”

“The hallway smells outrageous. My hubby and I needed a place to stay for one night due to our plans needing to change. If you are a clean person you cannot stay there. This seems like a place where they let junkies stay. Everytime I walked the hallway, I had to cover my nose. I can’t even describe the smell. There were so many factors to the smell. I’m sure people were smoking, carpet had to have urine on it. I really couldn’t understand why it smelled so bad. I’m sure the hotel staffs smell it,……
