I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. The hotel is in serious need of updating. My room was SAD. The air conditioning unit sounded like a freight train throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The one bright spot was the engineer who worked on it—he was professional, reliable, and checked back several times to make sure the issue was improving. He was by far the standout member of the staff. Unfortunately, the rest of the service was frustrating. It honestly felt as though the hotel had staffed the property with seasonal employees who were unfamiliar with both the hotel and the surrounding area. Simple questions were difficult to answer, and resolving issues took far longer than it should have. We were attending a conference at the hotel, and the experience was especially challenging. Multiple boxes that had been shipped in advance for the event were “lost,” even though we had tracking numbers and the name of the person who signed for them. We spent hours trying to locate them and ultimately didn’t receive access until late the evening before the conference began. It created unnecessary stress for our team. Parking was another major frustration. The main lot was consistently full, leaving us to park nearly half a mile away and walk back to the hotel carrying equipment. The café staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They consistently provided better care than anyone else. Thank you to them

Had several issues. They couldn’t find my reservation. Took awhile to straighten out. Was suppose to have free valet parking. I was charged, had to call. Don’t know yet if I was refunded. Very little wait staff but food was good. Room nice and big and clean.

Other than no Elevator really nice place just on the outskirts of town big large rooms great shared kitchen with all the amenities. Coffee ice washer dryer very nice. Would go back nice place.
