Room was a very generous size. Nice to have breakfast included. Good parking availability. Safe and secure area.

Clean room, staff was pleasent. Breakfast wasn't bad for being free. Coffee was yummy. Pool could have been a bit warmer. Over all it was a great stay.

I've travelled extensively over my 45 yr career & this is one of my top three favorite accommodations. Kinn Broadway has everything you want in a hotel and it's first class. Location, easy parking, secure, fabulous on site restaurant, well furnished and designed guest rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by an extraordinary common area on every floor. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living area and conference room that is shared by guests. The thoughtfulness, care, and quality that was deployed in the design and build of this property is outstanding. The staff and management are consummate professionals and wonderful hosts. The Ritz and Four Seasons has a new & formidable competitor!

My family and I had a wonderful time and experience, as we celebrated our Republic's 250th birthday, this July 4th weekend. A great shoutout to Sam, Heidi and Arda at the 1878 restaurant. Keep up the awesome work. Thank you!
