“The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.”

“Overall, staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. However, the hotel itself was very dirty and not well maintained. Stains on the bedsheets, dirty floors, bathroom, and hallways. Additionally, the pool was not open for use and when I asked why, they explained it was a maintenance issue they could not fix. The cleanliness was such an issue that I cut my trip short. When I spoke with the manager to explain the issues with cleanliness and request a refund for the last day of my stay,……
