"Staff was so mean. I hadn't taken my medicine. It was just me and my 3 year old. I was not aware of the over the top $200 deposit required. They had already took the payment of the room rate but was not allowed to check in without the $200 deposit. I was not given a refund or a room. I was .74 cents short of the $200.00 deposit Not only did I not have a room I was unable to receive a refund. Customer Service was horrible. Me and my baby were stuck in the heat of Barstow for 4 hours."

"Overall the hotel is great and safe but they need to get better towels. I showered and had a bunch of lint after I dried up. Those towels are falling apart. "

"What I liked about the property was the attention to detail the cleanliness. The room looked good didn’t smell. The bed was nice. The furniture was nice. The bathroom was nice. The floor was nice. The walls were nice. The curtains were nice. The air-conditioning is a little out of date and the employees will rule their service cards real early in the morning and it wakes you up. It’s just louder. You could hear them on different floors going to room to room and that’s kind of disturbing if they can get something that’s a little bit more quieter that would be nice. Otherwise this is one of the best Motel 6 that I’ve ever stood at."

"The bed was slightly uncomfortable but i do suffer from back problems. The manager was very helpful eith modifications to my schedule. I didn't get to try the pool but it did look clean. The place is conviently located to,fast foods,gas stations and fwys. I would recommend it snd also return. "
