"Wonderful resort! We booked through hotels.com and got an excellent price and the property was really nice! The check-in was somewhat a hassle due to staff marketing and trying to sell us a timeshare. The male associate was rude when I wasn't interested and said, "You act like you don't want to hear what I have to say." I then explained that was because I am not interested in a time share. "I know all about the spill with trying to market but I did not come on vacation to spend 2 hours in a meeting to buy a time share." We were disappointment that the water park area was out of commission and looks to be not working for a long period of time. We used the indoor pool and the small outdoor pool, but the expectation was that the water park with slides/splash pads was in use but was not!"
