The room was noticeably older especially the shower area and the scuffle vanity and vanity seat. It was also a bit dirty. Food particles from previous guests were found. The beds were hard and the pillows prickly. The outlets near the TV area were sparse and lose, thus did not power devices. The TV only had 2 options for streaming, youtube and Pluto. None of the more popular choices which would have allowed us to log into our own accounts. Because of the lack of suitable outlets near the tv, we couldnt plug in our own Roku to watch television. The room is super dark, as is the bathroom and I hate that I didn't notice there was no fridge in the room when I reserved it. What we did like about Harrah's is its proximity to the Sphere and its food court. I don't think I'd choose this property to stay in again, but it wasn't bad.

I would recommend starting somewhere else the a.c wasn’t working then was leaking making the floor wet. Then the sink was clogged and not draining and someone stole stuff from our suitcases
