In this luxurious villa you can enjoy privacy and tranquility as well as wonderful views of Granada, Sierra Nevada and Sierra Elvira. The house as well as design is made with high quality materials which provide style and comfort. Its strategic location in a residential area next to Sierra Elvira allows us to be in Granada in 15 min, in 50 min on the beach and in 45 min in the Sierra Nevada ski resort. It is located on a 400 m2 plot, arranged on three floors with a garden and pool with unique views. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor we find three bedrooms, one of them en suite and two bathrooms, on the top floor we find a spacious studio with capacity for 3 people and a terrace with magnificent views. It has a garage and aerothermal heating through underfloor heating, to enjoy high comfort both in winter and summer.
