My room was updated and beautiful. There’s only one bar in the casino and the carpeting makes it seem old. There are cheap dining options and two $$$$ but nothing moderate.

I like the convenient location and the room was good. A plug didn’t work and I went to the shop and spent $31 on a cord before realizing it was a bad plug. Check other sockets before believing it’s your equipment. Also, can you please add a microwave. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Out dated rooms and property as a whole. Weird smell coming from the carpet on our way to our room. Also shower was making a very loud noise when we turned it on. The bed was super comfy tho

Bally’s has been renovated and the rooms are modern and fresh. We have always loved its location to a lot of what Atlantic City has to offer. The check-in and checkout process along with parking is great and staff at the hotel and casino were great. We were traveling with kids for a tournament, and they felt welcome and thought it was cool walking through the casino to get to the boardwalk. I do wish they had more options for coffee and breakfast in the morning. And maybe a more kid friendly option for the later evening. We ended up having to leave the restaurant because of the late hours no one under 21 is permitted in the restaurant I guess and The Dunkin’ Donuts line was too long every morning.

The entire place should be demolished. 1970’s cheesy carpet. No high end restaurants. The rooms are disgusting with mold on the light fixtures and and shower plate dislodged. The room where we stayed had absolutely no view as the windows were frosted so to prevent the light from coming in and to obstruct the view. The smell of pot was everywhere. I would never come back to Bally’s.

When we checked in there was a problem they said it was Expedia's fault. They said my reservation was canceled. I made this reservation in December of 2023. They finally figured it out and they upgraded me to a suite. The room was dated and dirty. We had to keep calling to get stuff that should have been in the room. The property itself is not clean. There aren't many food options.

So we had some discrepancies when we arrived, changed two room and the problem still wasn’t solved, we were contacted by the manager that upgraded us with a nice room and we were so happy for that from management, so good job on that, only thing about the upgraded room was the TV didn’t work, but I didn’t want to make it seem like I was the problem for keep calling, we were thankful for the upgrade. I always stay and gamble here, may consider another option next time, staff and management are on point.

Room was rundown. TV stand was broken and pieces of wood missing. Just looked like a room in an old hotel. Room was located one floor above the nightclub so at night it was beyond loud. Which is fine for some, but we were not even warned that sleeping would not be an option until after 2:00 am. Comfy bed though.

Really like how close Bally's is to the Boardwalk Hall, and that it is connected with Caesars. There was plenty to do, however only one draw back was the restaurants close early on Wednesday evenings at 10pm. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean, coffee was great!!!

Finding a bathroom on the main casino floor was a challenge. One was locked, the other "out of order". Finding food in house was a challenge on Thursday evening was limited only to a sandwich shop and pizza shop. I would stay there again, but note that the food, while good, is 2X the cost what I normally see in a restaurant.

We stayed in the Dennis tower at Bally’s and it’s extremely old and not well kept. The hallways smell like mildew as do the rooms. The shower curtain was filthy and stained and the bed very uncomfortable. The AC system seems very out of date and does not work well at all. Although the dining options were great restaurants, they don’t open until 5pm on the weekends.
