"We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Everything was easily walkable. The room itself while cozy was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The parking situation was a little less than ideal with the "designated lot" being public parking located 2 blocks away. However, there was plenty of street parking as long as one paid attention to the date/time. The coffee station outside the room was rather unusual but was fine. A microwave would have been a nice addition even if it was shared...

Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though.
