“The room too tiny.”

“First, the staff was very polite and pleasant. This review is no reflection on them. This property is an old hotel with a newer coat of paint and some pictures, but otherwise is a terrible facility. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that did not flush. We were moved to a second room, and the shower in that room did not drain. The HVAC units were dirty, as was the well worn carpet and the well worn, uncomfortable mattresses. The entire facility is worn and rusted with some obvious……

“The bed was choice”

“Our five night stay was pleasant, but our choice of facility was not appropriate for senior travelers. The Tru by Hilton chain is very miminalistic and much more appropriate for a younger audience. Our handicap accessible room was very spacious but also sparsely furnished in Early IKEA furnishings. There was only a king size bed and one desk chair on rollers in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with adaptations for those with handicapping……

“The chemicals used to clean the sheets on the bed must’ve been really strong. They smelled like chemicals and were very itchy to sleep in. The bathroom tub and shower were gross, so I didn’t want to take a shower. The bathroom had some type of black sludgy type mold in areas of it.”

“It was older but overall fine for a night. The breakfast was good.”

“The first room Baymont gave us the door would not open or close without physically lifting the door up. The upper hinge was pulling out of the frame. The second room the bathroom shower had a lot of mold. The corner of the shower and where it met the floor was a huge glob of sealant and mold. The bathroom sink I could write my name in the bowl. When renting from a name brand hotel you expect a certain level of cleanliness. Baymont failed using this hotel part of its chain. ”
