"I wasn’t happy that there wasn’t too much leniency on early or late check ins or check outs. Most other hotels I have used in the past have allowed checkins as early as 2am day of as well as 2pm for check outs. This includes Hilton, Marriott and best western. The diamond resort was just purchased by Hilton so hopefully in the future they will be lenient for request from guest. "Great place to stay but be ready to hear the cars driving crazy with their loud music and there motor's. I wish the bed was in the back but I get why they can’t do it. The sofa bed was very hard and thank god I didn’t have to use it. Good place to stay and the workers there are very nice. Thank you and I will be back. "

"This is a wonderful property. We rented the carraige house for 4 days as we were hosting a baby shower for daughter with the attached Manor House in the Wine Celler. The owners made the experience very easy as we were planning from across country. The carraige house was perfect for the family as had 3 master suites, with ample room to hang out in living area. "First time at Virginia Beach. Probably won’t stay at Turtle Cay resort again. The card reader to enter premise was not operable for almost two days meaning anyone could enter the facility. We called for washcloths three times and had to go buy our own because laundry wasn’t available. Dirthy dishes were left in the dishwasher when we arrived to our room. We also had to call for all new bedding also do to cleanliness."
