“Our stay at Escarlet Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and professionalism by the hotel manager, Kirby, and the receptionist. “Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful
The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum.
Negatives - Our 2nd day, got up, no water, staff took too

“The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”
