The reception at the desk was luckily able to change it for me to keep the same room and the same rate. I really appreciate the help on this as some hotels do not accommodate errors when it is the guest's mistake. The hotel and room were lovely, and the hotel is in a great, central, very walkable location to everything in town and the train station. I highly recommend. "

"Das Hotel wird von Gästen der benachbarten Deutschen Vermögensberatung genutzt. Das ist ein Strukturvertreib und deren Mitarbeiter haben nicht das enstsprechende Nivau für so ein Hotel. Das müsste auf der Homepage des Hotels deutlich gemacht werden. Der Aufenthalt wurde durch diese Gäste deutlich getrübt. Der Wellnessbereich laut und voll. Die Bar laut und voll. Der Aufenthalt in diesem ansonsten schönen Hotel war schrecklich. Das Benehmnen der Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Vermögensberatung grenzwertig (Prolls). Nie wieder Vila Vita Marburg."
