“This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown……

“We loved this property! Hard to believe that it is minutes away from busy roads and the airport-it was so quiet and we loved sitting on the deck and listening to the birds in the morning and the frogs at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I always appreciate when staples like coffee, sugar, and spices are provided by the host. A really nice bathroom with lots of towels and great lighting!
