"This is our second stay at the property. First stay was 2024. The cons this time: check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5:53pm. Not a huge deal, bigger issue was the lack of accuracy and communication from front desk. We had to check 3 times to get updates and were told they would text us. Never happened. Made the start frustrating given we were with 4 kids and trying to figure out what we should do w luggage, change clothes, etc. we only knew our room was ready from the beach bar...

"The staff and amenities are great but they have to do something about the AC in the hallways, lobby and all around. This made it miserable to be in the hotel and I couldn’t even enjoy the amenities due to the heat. It literally was hotter than outside. This is not ok and not ok for the hotel to charge you extra fees when they can’t even fix their own AC"

"Pros 1. They have a good location. Just on the highway with many restaurants nearby. But, that is true for all resorts since that area has a restaurant almost every 500ft. 2. Open self parking. 3. Swimming pool which remains open from 8am to 8 Pm. Ideally, would have loved to extend the closing time by Atleast an hour. 4. Rooms have microwave, small refrigerator and coffee machine Cons 1. Expensive. Not worth paying $150 per night. 2. Staff could be a bit more engaging and empathetic. 3. Rooms...
