The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. "Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was good. It's a wonderful place to stay, with plenty of water activities just a 5-minute drive away. There is also a decent Asian grocery store conveniently located about 2 miles from the resort.
We also recommend visiting Veterans Memorial Beach, which is about a 20-minute drive away. It's a very clean, shallow beach with plenty of shaded areas to relax, making it a great spot for families or...

"This is our second stay at the property. First stay was 2024.
The cons this time: check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5:53pm. Not a huge deal, bigger issue was the lack of accuracy and communication from front desk. We had to check 3 times to get updates and were told they would text us. Never happened. Made the start frustrating given we were with 4 kids and trying to figure out what we should do w luggage, change clothes, etc. we only knew our room was ready from the beach bar...

"Pros
1. They have a good location. Just on the highway with many restaurants nearby. But, that is true for all resorts since that area has a restaurant almost every 500ft.
2. Open self parking.
3. Swimming pool which remains open from 8am to 8 Pm. Ideally, would have loved to extend the closing time by Atleast an hour.
4. Rooms have microwave, small refrigerator and coffee machine

1. Expensive. Not worth paying $150 per night.
2. Staff could be a bit more engaging and empathetic.
