The room was very clean, accommodating, and comfortable. The air conditioning stayed consistently cool keeping the room fresh and inviting. Very spacious and a lot of quality furniture pieces throughout the room. Comfortable bed and linens were fresh and neat while also good quality and brought a lot of comfort while relaxing.
The bathroom was stocked with multiple towels, tissues, and complimentary toiletries. I also appreciated the stainless steel ice bucket and tray combo. Also very nice granite countertops and glass table tops added a nice touch to the room. The color scheme of the paint and bedding was neutral, natural and calming which gave it a peaceful vibe.
Housekeeping was on point with daily check-ins and quick yet thorough cleanings from day to day.
The staff was very helpful and negotiable when extending our stay from a couple of days to a few days stay. Working out a daily rate was so easy, even when paying cash.
Parking was right outside the room which brought a lot of reassurance.
I love how u need a key to get in and out of the building to get access to the rooms. Management makez sure that it is quiet. The king sized beds are very comfortable. Nice place to stay
Really needs deep cleaning. Everything’s really dusty. Need to replace shower heads they’re moldy. Toilets are dirty. Hallways and stairs and floors are dirty. Lots of drug addicts yelling after midnight . Stomping like elephants. Knights inn was super quiet and nice and clean back in the years . Will not be coming here again. Good thing we only got it for one night . We were gonna come since Friday leave Monday morning . God sends us a sign not to. Bye .

The room was a very nice size.. very big bed Queen size . Very clean no roaches.. and it's quiet there.. had one problem they need to figure out where to put the trash once the trash can is full
Staff was kind but unable to communicate effectively. The main address checks you in and sends you to another property. No clear communication between the two properties. Staff took a picture of my ID and sent it via TEXT to 2nd property! Complete violation of confidentiality! 2nd property did not provided room reserved. Bed was dirty, writing on the door, electrical outlets broken, chair dirty, towels appear half clean, and AC was not fully cleaned. Hotel states non-smoking but room reeked of cigarette smoke!
Did not even complete stay!
This place is not worth the deal.
There is a lot of shady people living there and someone kept trying to break into my car. I didn't even stay the whole night. I left at like 11:00 p.m. because somebody kept setting off my alarm.
The guy who owns this place is renting out rooms with his stuff in it he lives there in the hotel there was drug addicts all over doing drugs cigarette smoke and people smoking in the hallway filled going into every room homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and around the hotel do not go here trust me
The property is being used as an apartment complex rather than operating as a true hotel. Many of the residents appeared to be long-term occupants, and the environment was frequently noisy due to disruptive behavior.
I had to change rooms twice during my stay. The first room was dirty and had not been properly cleaned. The second room had urine left in the toilet, indicating that it also had not been adequately serviced. Overall, the property did not meet basic cleanliness or hospitality standards, and it did not function as a hotel in the condition I experienced.
Pretty room until you notice the flaws, broken power cords, window doesn’t close all the way, painted bathtub -paint wearing off, ect…
Staff asked for cash when booked room through hotels.com, homeless roaming the parking lot…just never felt safe
Arrived at the hotel and saw a tall person in a short red dress strolling up and down outside the reception. She pointed out (in a fairly deep voice) where the night window was. I rang and after several minutes someone came. Check in took several minutes while he arranged a room for me - he sent me to a neighbouring motel 200m or so down the road. I assume the owners have two (or more) hotels and it is luck as to which one you get. Room was OK. Rather shabby, but nothing really wrong with it. Would have been nice to have a microwave oven or at least a kettle to boil water in. Internet didn't work.

Sketchy. Felt like it was a trap house. Homeless people outside and inside. Loud and felt unsafe. Don’t stay!
Front door kept propped open at night with no security - soiled sheets stained with brown spots cigaret holes and hard clumps inside- one person staff - toilet flooded I was forced to clean up with towels and small kitchen mop- janitor came in plunged the toilet then left without fixing the issue then handed me a mop to clean - was so loud in the hallway every night you could hear everything if someone knocked on the door next to you even 2 doors down it was as if they knocked on your door - one night someone entered my room noticed me in the bed and I must me in the wrong room then left- no ice machine - felt more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. On the positive they did let me check out late and the air conditioning worked great. I felt bad for the one guy on staff because he seemed like he meant well but just over worked and under staffed.
