I really liked the location, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. The only thing I did not like was the fact that you could hear every person that left their room because the doors slammed and were very loud.

Accessible room 315 was in ill-repair with mold and mildew in the bathroom, and loss of power twice in the night. Moved to accessible room 112 which wasn’t much better...broken phone/inoperable, broken bedside light, and no privacy shade on the window to outside parking area. Had to keep blackout shade down during entire stay, with no sunlight. Difficult acting General Manager - had to fight for a refund despite all of the issues and having to move all of mine and my disabled, senior mother’s belongings by myself with use of a very heavy cart that I couldn’t maneuver. Threw my back out! Love the area of the hotel which is why I selected it - close to medical facilities. But never again!
