“When we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. I’m currently working to have the fees refunded.”

Our room had been fully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bar area has been completely updated and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. “Away from the main city . Hotel location is quiet silent , lot of green farms behind the hotel.Hotel building is very old but well maintained . Hotel foods are very nice also the staff’s are fantastic and very helpful. They can improve cleaning in parking area and external stairs and inside corridors. “We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags. The decor was beautiful, the shower was powerful. The toiletries smelt wonderful - always good to get conditioner supplied, too - A marker of a good quality hotel, in my opinion!
