"I stayed here after nearly all flights out of Chicago were canceled, so I'm sure it was an unexpectedly busy night. But everyone at the hotel--front desk, maintenance, and shuttle drivers--was patient, kind, and helpful. It made a frustrating day and night much easier to handle."

"The staff at the front desk was not friendly. He was grumpy, curt answers. The elevators were out of order. No coffee offered at the front desk as said on the brochure. The rooms were clean, but only one towel a a face towel for 2 guests. And only one some to shower and wash hands."
