Overall good service. Really no negative complaints. But breakfast hours are 6a-9a. I would like to see the hours extended to at least 1030-1100 for those who like to sleep in a little later verses getting up early.

This was a last minute book after getting stuck in Chicago due to a delayed flight resulting in a missed layover. I would have to say I was pretty unimpressed/unhappy with most things that I will list below. 1. This hotel claims to be a smoke free hotel, however our room and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The smoke smell was the first thing I noticed upon walking into our room. I thought maybe we were next to a smoking area since it was a last min book and I didn't pay much attention when booking. But there were many signs in the hotel that stated it was a "smoke free" hotel. 2. We got a king sized bed and our comforter smelled like BO. I know it was not from me or my fiancé because the smells where from the corner I was using by my face and the corner at my feet. Since feet don't give off BO, it was clear it was not from me. It was disgusting. We asked for another blanket and just slept with that, but makes me wonder how clean the rest of the bed/room was. 3. Don't waste money paying $27 for their breakfast. It's not all you can eat, and it was pretty average food. It would be cheaper to go get or order breakfast elsewhere. 4. The last thing to note was there were a lot of things that were small annoyances. We had two conditioners instead of a shampoo, no trashcan in bathroom, no info about Wi-Fi etc. no cups if you wanted to use the Keurig. Small things - but worth noting!
