Easy to get to from Midway Airport by shuttle bus (free). Super helpful staff. Breakfast was nice but coffee was just ok. Suite was nice, very soundproof but the furnishings were worn. Bed was nice with good sheets. The outside areas were comfortable and nicely landscaped. There were places to sit and to walk around. Restaurants were just ok. Great exercise room and wonderful indoor pool.

I travel a lot for work and rarely do I find a place this well run ... The staff was happy, the building was beyond clean, and everyone was so helpful and personable .. I actually stopped at the office and complimented the manager on how well she runs the place when I was checking out... Her comment that "the staff had been with her a long time" was obvious... It felt like a happy family was taking care of things there... A lot of hotels could learn a lesson from this place...
