"The rental was great! The place was exactly as it is listed. Overall, the cleanliness was great, other than ONE coffee cup that needed to be cleaned prior to using it.Parking was good. You get one guaranteed spot, but if you need more, there are some other parking spots available; you just need to get them while they're open (if you need more than one space).Communication with the host was very easy, and he offered solutions to the issue we had with the TV not working correctly. The issue was not solved, but we also were not there much to watch the TV, but it would've been nice to have in a couple of situations.The location is right next to Midway Airport, so there is plane noise, but it was not too much for us to be able to sleep.Mackson's place was great for the price and exceeded expectations! If I'm back in town again, I would certainly consider this place again!"

"Only one of the staff members were nice. He was a tall gentleman that worked night shift. Website says daily housekeeping but this is not true. Must stay more than two nights for housekeeping. They ran out of towels in the rooms and pool area. Majority of staff didn’t speak when spoken too. "

"The entire lobby stunk like marijuana. It was never disclosed that there are no other options for parking other than the paid parking. I was told Midway owns the property and I had no other options than to pay $30 a day to park. Rooms were not great."

"So the reason I gave low stars was due to check in and information not given. The staff also had an attitude well the first lady we saw. One the deposit was $100 per stay but showed a screenshot saying the deposit was $20/nt. Next, problem was if you're a guest and the primary guest you have to pay $30 a night for parking, which wasnt no where on hotels.com nor was it told to me until check in. Also even though me and my best friend ids don't say anything about living in IL. we were told we would have to pay for both cars. Which is crazy for out of town guests. Every hotel have out of town guestsSo the total came out to an extra $120 on top of the deposit being $100 as well as the hotel itself was around 500 for the weekend stay. Yes this made me and my friend highly upset because the hotel was already expensive but to have extra fees was ridiculous. The staff then tried to ask her manager but was being rude about it and it just made everything worse "
