“We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. “It was easy to find. The staff was warm and welcoming. The lobby area was very nice and updated. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was great and the water pressure was fabulous! Breakfast was good with all of the options including cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. Beverage options included coffee, juices and tea.
