“There was a giant pothole that almost swallowed my car when I was pulling in. The carpet in the lobby was dirty when we arrived and still needed a good vacuum when we left. Our key didn’t work and we got a new one, but that one didn’t work either. The shower was dirty, but the rest of the room was clean. everything in there seemed quite dated, especially the carpet. The breakfast was pretty cruddy- All white carbs with no protein and only a few sad oranges.”

“Parking was an issue with a larger vehicle. There were no elevators. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but the room was clean and the staff was helpful.”

“They are in the middle of remodeling so when they are finished, it’s going to be great. We got a room that wasn’t remodeled yet so was older and felt like it needed to be cleaned better but apart from that, it was fine. The location is amazing. Very close to downtown and not difficult to get to other places and it’s pet friendly easy access to take your pets to do their business.. All in all, 2 thumbs up and a like. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Very helpful front desk. We arrived early and they reached out to management to expedite the cleaning of our room. The sound of the waterfall was a wonderful, comforting background noise. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend!”

“Great price for a decent motel! The room was much cleaner than I expected—it was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside looks sketchy but it’s nice inside. My only concern was the complimentary breakfast. The waffle batter was runny and made gross-tasting waffles. And there weren’t many other options to choose from besides the waffles. The seating area was also very small—just one table and a loveseat/couch.”

“The best thing about this Hilton is the staff!!!!!!! Front desk....Restaurant....everyone... All very friendly and efficient. Also the food is excellent!!! A bit of a surprise...it has been great the last few years we've eaten there. Also the beds are very comfortable!!”

“Plenty of parking with easy access. The staff at the front desk are amazing and kind. Please note that they DO NOT offer breakfast in the morning but do have coffee. I would go back. The little kitchenettes were fully stock with what you would need to cook if that is a route you like.”

“Beautiful hotel...very chic! Was very clean and comfortable and it smelled fresh and clean! There was some construction/maintenance going on so the pool and hot tub were closed...but, we were forewarned of this (however, it would be nice to know BEFORE we booked a non refundable stay. We received the email after we booked). Breakfast was nice with the exception of the out of order juice dispenser. Overall, lovely and recommended!”

“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”
