"This hotel is in the middle of the city and is conveniently located to everything. 15min walk to Sydney Harbour and 5min walk to Darling Harbour. Room size was decent. The bed was so comfy and the room was clean. If I had to complain about anything (which is out of the hotel’s control) is the loud cars driving by. Definitely a great stay with friendly staff. "

"Beautiful hotel only thing that was very disappointing was the shower had no pressure and was hard to adjust the temperature. You may as well stood under a garden hose. Couldn’t fault the rest was lovely."

Unfortunately on the day of checking out i came across a front desk lady who was cool , unprofessional and full of attitude . The encounter with her ruined my impression of excellence of staff and service of Fullerton hotel ."
