I enjoyed my stay here but it took a while to get there. Haven't been to Vegas since 2021 and stayed at the Venetian then, which I love, and when I arrived here, I kind of wish I was back there. When I checked in, my room was not clean. The bathroom had dirty tissue on the floor underneath the sink, hair was everywhere on the floor and I had to rinse the shower out of the hair off the wall before I could use it. After speaking with the front desk, it took talking to them twice to have my room cleaned, and my room didn't get cleaned until my second day at around 5pm. A food credit was extended for the clearly documented inconvenience, but out of all the money paid and the high deposit collected, and held up, it just would have been enough to arrive and checkin to a clean room. Additionally, my friend stayed at the Conrad, and her room wasn't clean as well on arrival, and riding the Hilton elevator with random guest, I overheard them saying that their room was not cleaned as well. Nevertheless, it was the housekeeper, Kenisha, and Lynn and the other young gentleman who works at the lobby store right at the Hilton elevators who ultimately help to make my trip by making me feel the most heard, seen, and valued as a paying customer. I don't drink nor gamble, so the food options, the relaxing pool area, the mall, and the walkable property were also worth it and are worth returning as I consider maybe booking the Conrad next time.

Lots of variety, plenty to do in the resort.

Pool was chilly, hot tub very hot. Friendly staff, quiet and peaceful.

Staff was awesome and helpful

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The family had so much fun at the outdoor pool and it was nice that the pool was heated. This is a good place to stay if you do not want to stay on the strip.
