"The indoor pool wasn’t heated and that was a big reason for booking hotel. Also a few doors didn’t work in the room or were difficult to close. Not enough outlets in the room. Staff was great, rooms clean. Just not a great experience. "

"Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining area layout for breakfast and happy hour was very amenable to our large mult-family gathering. It was nice to be able to walk to various restaurants nearby too."

"Mostly fine, but bathroom had a lot of hair in it when I checked in. No microwave in the room, but 2 small ones in the lobby."

"Room was clean and bed very comfortable. We don’t take advantage of the breakfast as we leave early to continue our travels. We’ve been coming to this Best Western for several years as we travel to Florida and it is consistently clean and staff is always helpful. Really like the easy access to I75. I recommend a room facing Leland Dr as the other side can have noise from the interstate. Always happy with our stay. "
