My stay at the Wayfinder Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Kevin and Christine at the front desk were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional customer service made me feel right at home.
A special shoutout to Eddy, the shuttle driver and tour guide. He truly made the experience unforgettable! His knowledge of the area, great personality, and genuine care for guests made every ride enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make venturing out around Newport fun, easy, and stress-free. Wayfinder is fortunate to have him on their team—he deserves a raise! Employees like Eddy are the reason guests want to come back.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and full of character. Thank you to the entire Wayfinder team for making my trip so memorable. I can’t wait to visit again!
