“There was no access to a lock box to get the key. Property owners phone goes straight to voicemail. Tenants in the building informed me the apartment was currently locked by the police because they renter was being evicted. Complete scam! Stay away!”

“Super clean property with very comfortable beds! The location was also super close to many things to do which was nice as well. Plenty of room and the check in process was super simple. Host was quick and responsive to anything that we needed. It also was a rather quiet stay too without too much noise from the streets or other people in the building. “I brought my sister to Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion and we stayed for 3 days. The apartment was perfect! I looked everywhere for a bathtub and found one here. The location was within walking distance to some fabulous restaurants downtown. We ended up walking everywhere. It was wonderful to see what a beautiful city Cleveland is. We plan to return and stay here again. 10 stars!!!”

“I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages....
