Our room and in general, the hotel was very clean, including the spa. All the staff were very courteous and friendly.

Colchester Studio Suites
Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new.
