The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

Super cute hotel with a pub on ground level! Very convenient to get to, just like a 5 minute walk or so from the tube station. Loved all the character in and on the building. Definitely ear plugs should be provided as it is down the street from a police station and an outlet on the bathroom as well, and the wifi was not very good inside the rooms.
