"The staff was very helpful, many rooms were not ready upon check-in, but the staff was kind and helpful. The room was very, very clean and beautiful was within walking distance of all the amenities in downtown Cleveland. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The pool was shut down for maintenance and there was no email or notification that the pool would not be available for our stay. Part of my family went to a concert while the other 1/2 was staying back at the hotel just to swim. My kids were very disappointed. Staff was very nice. We did not use the bar or the restaurant on site. The sleeper sofa had stains on the couch part. No extra blankets avaliable only sheets. The bathrooms were clean. "

"One word sums up this hotel: MAGNIFICENT!!! The rooms were clean, spacious, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Not your typical waffles and bagels, but rather fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly. Everything about this hotel is first class, and the price was about half of what one would expect for a hotel of this quality. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are anywhere in the area. "

"The location was good, close to numerous restaurants. The property is best described as spartan. There is lots of deferred maintenance issues inside and out. A number of basic comfort items are missing like wash cloths in the room. "
