Bedford, MA Vacation Packages

It was nothing great. The Godfrey nearby is just as good even better. The Godfrey can give me two Queen size beds at lesser price. This Ritz is just an ok hotel, nothing special, nothing fantastic. I will not stay here again for that rate. Staff are not friendly and are stiff. Robotic.

Spacious room, but bed and pillows were not comfortable. Keurig in room which was nice but coffee pods and non dairy creamer terrible. Put a higher quality coffee in rooms and half and half. It would make it a much nicer experience.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I have nothing negative to say about them. But my room was kinda gross. Not only that, but there was a clear section of the window screen cut out and the window was unlocked when I arrived. So I worried about someone having broken in prior to my arrival. The floors were dirty and there was still trash on the floor from the previous occupants. I expected more from a Hilton property and specifically chose a Hilton property because I was going to be staying there alone and wanted to feel safe. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed.

Staff was excellent and super friendly. Hotel is located conveniently in front of a subway station and in walking distance of a cvs and a target. I got a “mini room” and you get what you pay for, but for 1 person is more than enough. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. Great location, close to transit and major sites to see. Room comfortable and clean! Coming back next time we come to Boston!
