“I rarely leave a review, but I felt I had to warn others.
I checked in and witnessed three power cuts while standing at the front desk. The room had the worst, most inefficient air conditioning I have ever experienced, and it cut out during each power cut. The room became unbearably hot, which ruined my sleep for all three nights.
I was told a technician would attend to fix it, but no one ever appeared. To make matters worse, I was placed in a corridor with a football team—around 50 young men……

The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English.
The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up……

Das hatte ich auch nicht vor. Das Foto, mit dem das Hotel beworben wird, täuscht trotzdem.
Direkter Strandzugang, aber nur mit Shuttlebus von 10 - 18 Uhr.
Mich hat das weiter nicht gestört, da ich mit dem Auto unterwegs war. Was mich genervt hat war die Klimaanlage, die wahrscheinlich seit langem nicht gewartet wurde und demzufolge auch nicht funktionierte. Egal ob man 25 oder 17 Grad……

“Del hotel me gustó el trato que dan a los animales .Son verdaderamente pet friendly. Del personal hay algunos que son muy amables y simpáticos ,otros no tanto .La comida poco variada
Destacar que en 5 días que estuve, no se limpió mi habitación ,solo vaciaron las papeleras , pero el suelo y cambio de toallas,no fue hecho .Quizás por ello me pillé una gastroenteritis.
Si vas en busca de silencio y tranquilidad , este no es un buen hotel para ello.”
