Cool/Lazy kick-back comfort. 3 Bdrm 2 bath Home is newly constructed with low-maintenance materials including granite, tile floors throughout etc. for a carefree, "No worries" kind of time. Colors are a coastal blue on exterior and light and bright on the inside appropriately decorated to feature coastal vibes. Location is in a Lake Community and with your reservation, you are provided access to the gated, private "Smith Lake" picnic and boat ramp. Smith Lake is a small, clean, spring-fed Lake where you can swim, fish and play. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful where evening strolls are welcomed. You are centrally located approximately 8 miles to the Villages, and within a short drive to some of Florida's main attractions including all of the famous Springs, Disney, St. Petersburg/Clearwater, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach - The list goes on.
