“Upon check in the gentleman at the desk was not very pleasant. I had reserved 2 rooms and he stated it was only one and I showed him the expedia reservation and told me I had to contact expedia. “Upon arriving, the lobby was blocked off with a black screen partition. The pool was empty. Our room was not clean (understatement), with hair on the bedspread, food remnants on the floor, and urine w toilet paper still in the toilet. We immediately returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. While the front desk person tried to appease by offering another room, to clean the one we were given, etc., we were insistent that we were not staying. The desk clerk said we would have to go……
