“Great location, two blocks from the ocean. Tasty breakfast. Rooms are small and there are shared bathrooms at the end of the hall. You may need to park quite a distance away, but this is Ocean Grove and parking is always a challenge. Room rates are hefty for what you get — twin beds and a wall air conditioner unit. My floor was gritty with sand upon arrival. Bathrooms need serious updating — owner has agreed to make improvements. Stairs are a bit steep and tricky for elderly carrying……

“Clean. Situated on a picturesque residential block. Beautiful antique furnishings and artwork. Lovely outdoor area behind parking lot on pond. But steep staircase to rooms, poor parking spaces, few on-site personnel, not much choice for included breakfast, and a long walk to beach and town.”

“I rented two rooms for three nights at a cost of over $3,400. One room was satisfactory. However, the second room (room #11) had a shower that put out so little water that it was impossible to bathe. I notified the inn keeper and they were unable to fix it. We were told that after maintenance tried to fix the shower, that the flow had improved, but that was not the case as I tried to use the shower that night. Imagine, renting a room at the beach for not a little bit of money and not being able……
