Free on demand coffee in the lobby. Very clean and maintained.

We stayed one night visiting family in the area. This was a comfortable and clean room. We were able to use the pool while there and the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but definitely fine for what we needed. Only suggestion would be to have more outlets for charging phones. Overall this was a very nice stay for us.

We stay at this Super 8 every time we visit the grandsons in Platteville. It's always clean. The small refrigerator has a freezer compartment. I have a problem with patterns and always request a room in the back building. This time we were the only ones in that building, as they are remodeling it. The stay was good. We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary and wanted to be alone, away from the kids. There was only one small problem: we were in a room directly across from a couple with about five children; they would not stay in the rooms and spent a lot of time screaming and running up and down the hallways. No one seemed to care, and that was both nights between 11-11::30pm. We are elderly; afraid to go out of the room for fear of being knocked over by one of the children. I know...

Beautiful old building, redone in contemporary style. Very comfortable and clean. Outdoor area has a private New Orleans courtyard vibe. Great location-we parked the car and walked to everything we wanted to do.

Lovely person at front desk carried luggage up for us since no elevator.

To be honest I expected a tiny, unkempt, bare neccessites room with no TV. I was totally AMAZED at how much they packed into that small room (14) HUGE king bed, nice TV w/ lots of channels, microwave, small fridge, ULTRA-CLEAN room, bathroom and stand-up shower. I got there late (9PM) and nobody was at the desk (of course) but when I pushed the button I got immediate service with a smile. No contintental breakfast but WHO CARES!! This was our first time staying at Aldrich Guest House, but we will definitely be back. Our hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! A short walk to the shops, the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our last minute getaway stay.

This has to be the most incredible place on earth! Loved visiting with Candence while there and the 4 HUGE turkeys, beautiful buck, so many birds! Cozy & Roomy! Cant think of o e negative thing PERIOD! TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY! THANK YOU for everything you have done to preserve such an incredible place! My wife and I really loved it here! MAGICAL!!!!

I made a mistake with the pet policy and Mike helped me out. I was moving my daughters from WI to CO and we were leaving at 3a. Mike had his staff make us a goodie basket for breakfast because we were leaving so early. One of the best service hotels I've been in! Thanks PMA

Have been there before and just discovered this time that there is a park & trail on water behind hotel. Plus it is close to do a day trip over to Galena!

We are returning customers, going back for at least a decade. Whenever we are not camping at Governors Dodge State Park, this is where we stay. Last year there were some very serious issues with our room. Broken this, broken that and yes, the building is old, probably needing a serious rehab but as we all know, that's expensive.
