“We came in for a show at The Caverns and Tiny Taj was perfect. It was only a 15 minute drive to The Caverns. The property was peaceful, and private since it was located in the back of the resort overlooking woods. Tiny Taj property was very clean, beautiful, had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Communication was exceptional and they made finding the property extremely easy with their detailed directions. Definitely in books for future stays!”

“This property was everything and more. Our fur baby loved this trip, there is information about what to do around the area and on the property in a binder inside. This came in handy to locate the trails and amazing waterfall on the grounds. There is a super cute pavilion with outdoor fireplace and fire pit, along with rocking chairs for when the nights start to warm up. Definitely plan on returning. ”

“The property was very nice, super clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the washing machine was out of order. However, it ended up not being a big deal. I would recommend updating the mattress in the master bedroom. It was a little hard. Other than those two things, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!”

“This tiny home had all that was needed for an enjoyable weekend. Loved being right near the trailhead that goes down to the waterfalls. Some of the group even swam below the falls. Being at the rear of the community there's less traffic with people entering and exiting the community, though there's hardly any of that anyway. Great place to stay!”

“The cabin is even better in person we loved it and it was very cozy and comfortable. Had a small issue with receiving the door code but after contacting the owner it was resolved within minutes. Cabin was very clean upon arrival but there was a random bunched up pair of ripped jeans on the counter beside the stove. “My partner, his daughter, our Boston Terrier and I spent a long weekend at Cozy Oaks and we hated to leave. We had plenty of room and really loved the house. The 13 year old loved sleeping in the loft. We cooked a number of meals and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great and we were pleasantly surprised by the water pressure and HOT water in the shower. We also loved the cozy blankets on the couch and bed. Look forward to returning!”
