The Lama NO Drama Tiny Home was perfect, we invited another couple to stay and the home was just perfect. The property is wonderful it's quiet and so peaceful. We love the walking trail around the property. Just spectacular!”

“Clean, just as described. Small community of tiny homes. We visited in the fall. Most of the other homes seemed to be vacant at the time which was nice. Hot enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable. Great little spot to explore nearby trails, monteagle, and Sewanee.”

“The cabin is even better in person we loved it and it was very cozy and comfortable. Had a small issue with receiving the door code but after contacting the owner it was resolved within minutes. Cabin was very clean upon arrival but there was a random bunched up pair of ripped jeans on the counter beside the stove. Other than that there were no issues we even got to see some deer and geese in the back yard along the little stream while standing on the back porch area. Overall the stay was……

“This is a lovely property. Very easy to get in and out and close to restaurants, stores, and several amazing state parks. Neighboring properties aren't overly close and when the leaves are on the trees they probably aren't visible at all. Hosts are very responsive to calls and messages. We will definitely consider staying here again.”

“My partner, his daughter, our Boston Terrier and I spent a long weekend at Cozy Oaks and we hated to leave. We had plenty of room and really loved the house. The 13 year old loved sleeping in the loft. We cooked a number of meals and had everything we needed. The hot tub was great and we were pleasantly surprised by the water pressure and HOT water in the shower. We also loved the cozy blankets on the couch and bed. Look forward to returning!”
