“The overall stay was excellent as always, but we did have one issue. The room TV did not work. When we told the front desk a few minutes after checking in the response was that they would schedule a service technician to come out first thing in the morning. When we asked if we could get another room we got told no because the rooms were all sold out. Then when the service technician came out the next morning he was not able to fix the problem, so the front desk did give us another room. I……

“The hotel is perfectly located near the Airport and a short 25 minutes to the Arkansas football stadium. The rooms were spacious but work on the safes and microwave need to be repaired. Otherwise an excellent choice for Bentonville and markedly beats the Fayetteville football weekend mark up. The front desk staff was amazing and the housekeeping staff deserves a favorable mark as well.”

“Charming, fun hotel experience that inspires. Good choice for a special couple getaway or anniversary celebration. On-site restaurant has the whole menu made of ingredients provided by 5-6 local farms. One of us said they had the best hummus of their life at that restaurant (made with beans). It’s a few steps away from downtown Bentonville. Super convenient. There are beautiful flowerbeds in front of the hotel. Parking is plentiful, convenient, and free. “Love the water filter in the sink Mid sized fridge, with plates and utensils good for eating in the room. Have microwave as well. If needed, can borrow cutlery and chopping board. Breakfast selections is good Happy hour on Monday to Thursday evening, with free alcohol and snacks ”
