Before our arrival, the management notified about possible noise from a nearby construction. Luckily they did whatever they could to remedy the situation by allocating a separate room away from the construction site during our stay and making a discount for compensation. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Free area tour was a nice perk. We strongly suggest to get a massage at the spa. "Alex Villa N5 was a great place to stay has everything you need and more, to be honest it felt more like a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. Staff were helpful and attentive. The private plunge pool is a little small and no area to sun bathe but the beach is down the road and another pool on rooftop with plenty of chairs.
Location is okay short grab ride will get you everywhere you need in Canguu.
