“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”

“A very bad experience. I had already paid online, but at check-in they asked me to pay again, which was very unprofessional. After entering the room, I found a clump of hair on the bathroom wall. Later, I also discovered a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door—absolutely disgusting. However, after a long and tiring journey, I was too exhausted to report it to the front desk.”

“When I got to the hotel after a long day traveling, they advised me that hotel oversold and I would need to go to a different hotel for the night. It was after midnight and I was really hoping to just go to bed. I had five nights booked. The hotel they told me to go to was rather run down. I returned for the rest of my stay, and it was fine, other than the dinner selection was very limited and the same staff was serving the front desk as the bar and restaurant, so wait times w.ere long .”
