"Haley was a wonderful host! The house was spacious and had so many thoughtful touches! We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to have food and drink options close! I recommend Bernal basket for coffee/pastries! Right up the hill from the house is Bernal heights park and there is a wonderful view of the city! "We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning top-floor rental in Bernal Heights! The apartment was bright, spotless, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The neighborhood felt very safe and is ideally located, with great restaurants, cafes, and parks all within easy walking distance. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. It was the perfect home base for exploring San Francisco, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again....

"The owner did not communicate at all. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco. Stay away."
