“I showed up at 1am after traveling all day for them to tell a friend and I that they didn’t have a beds for us. They said we could contact them for a full refund but they are literally impossible to get in contact with. The phone number traps you in a 5 min loop that goes no where and no one responds to texts or emails. The staff wasn’t helpful. No one was helpful. The fact this place has a good rating is wild. They are scammers. Don’t stay here”
