“The place was so sketchy, we pulled into the parking lot and turned right back around. It didn’t even look like it was open. Almost no lights on, only one car in the parking lot and two or three people sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot. We were very uncomfortable with the whole scene so we just went elsewhere and forfeited the $150”

“I booked a room for my mother and as she was out and about on her day at the lake she lost her ID. She went to check into the hotel at 10pm a 65 yr old lady with her friend and they would not allow her to check in with any other form of identification. I was on hold for 20 mins total trying to change the name on the reservation and when they called the lobby at the hotel they said they could not change the name. Even though I had the reservation number, card info that it was booked with, phone……

“Typical hotel rooms have coffee and towels already in the room, but there weren’t either. There was shampoo and soap in the bathroom, but no conditioner. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful and the place was clean and well maintained. The typical amenities/supplies were just lacking.”
