“This was the perfect location, the perfect and most beautiful view, and the perfect size for my husband and I. We had every we needed. Checking in and out was super easy. The bed was comfortable. The linens were heavenly and I appreciate that so much. Pillows were excellent as well. I’m picky about that stuff because I want to sleep well when I am away so I can have the energy to enjoy my trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Estes Park. Thank you so much.”

“Great spot on Baseline Road! Very close to campus if you have a need to visit. The balcony is absolutely glorious in the morning. No direct sun and you can see the front range right there. Parking is very easy and covered (which came in handy!). Doors and walls are well insulated. We could hear people upstairs walking around in the morning but the noise level was very low. I only heard it in the kitchen/living room and it never disrupted our stay. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it is...

“Great location and views.”

“I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.”

“This condo is great for a group of 4 people. We were all senior citizens and access to this unit was easy with no stairs to climb.”

“Cleaning was over priced we had to leave towels in dryer. Coffee maker had dirty filter left in it. Patio window dirty! Dining table dirty! Paper towel dirty on top, no recycling. Pillows flat!!! Had to find dumpster to remove all garbage before leaving. Batteries dead in remote and clock!! No smoking and we smelt pot smoke in hallway! No pets and got woke up by barking dog!!”

“We had a wonderful time here! It is very convenient to visit RMNP. Because it is so close, we also went back in the evening to spot more wildlife, it's only a few minutes drive to the entrance of the park. We really enjoyed the location next to the river, we had lovely picknicks over there. The calming sound is amazing and a perfect start to the day! We found the place more spacious than it looked like on the photo's. Even with the sofa as a bed, there was still enough space. Would definitely...

“Perfect.”

“We had a great stay here! My kids loved being right by the river and so close to RMNP!”

“We love the place. Everything was clean and modern and in working condition. Location couldn’t have been better, as it was super easy to walk downtown. Communication from the host was quick and top-notch. We would stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends.”
