"The room looked clean, but unfortunately cockroaches crawled out of the wall onto the carpeting right in front of us. We were told there were no other rooms available. We were very upset. We went through all our belongings piece by piece and loaded everything up not completing our stay. We were afraid that the bugs would get in our belongings and there was zero sleeping… we went to another hotel extremely nice hotel."

"Breakfast is the standard food. Room was mostly clean, though bathroom seemed to need cleaned more. Not sure that the staff cleaned the shower. There were long black hairs everywhere. Im blonde. The floor didn't look mopped. One set of sheets had a brown stain I dare not ask what it was. Staff at night was playing around, ignoring guests, on their phones. Staff during the day were kind. Kitchen was ok. Only dishes provided. Nothing to wash them, no papertowels, etc. "
