"Did not get the room I booked so no kitchen when I was expecting one, the microwave quit working half way though use then started to work again the ice machine on my floor was out of service so had to go up or down a floor to get ice, breakfast that’s provided was a bit on the different side breakfast sausage was boiled and soaking in water, some days they would have things other days they wouldn’t but all and all I guess for including in your stay I can’t complain to much about the food. Better be ready to drive for another food items though. "

"Gym and pool area very nice. 2 lights outside elevator were flickering over the 2 days I was there. Breakfast quality of pork sausage patties and links looked very undesirable while in hot water when opening lid. Not used to seeing that as the appearance and looked undercooked overall I would come back again. "

"The fitness center was under construction and we could not use it. The non smoking room I was put in smelled like cigarette smoke. I changed rooms and it was much better. The space was quiet, clean, and the pool was nice. There’s a small shop downstairs that is open 24/7. The breakfast was okay, pretty standard. This location is convenient as well."

I know Loveland is having a hard time with the homeless population right now and I have compassion for the people and situation but it impacts this hotel due to its location. Also, a weird thing. The light switch at the front door of the hotel room contols the light in the middle of the room and the bathroom, "
