“Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called. And she kept saying it was down as no show. I disputed as I had paid for the nights already and should have a reservation for the stay. After 20 minutes of disputes I demanded she……
